Cuenca is located in the Southern part of Ecuador. It is in the central Region called the Highlands in a valley in the Andes Mountain ranges. I'm agree, because cuenca is the best city of Ecuador for its customs, food, places and other things.
I love the cuenca s food, specially "mote pillo" some people in all the country can t understand why to "the cuencanos" is so important and necesary the "mote" in all the plates, I think that is delicious and for me is very necesary special for soup.
